United Kingdom
Standard delivery is £3.50, and you can expect delivery within 2-5 working days.
Express delivery is £6.50 and you can expect delivery within 1-2 working day*.
Orders over £30 will receive free standard delivery.
*UK Mainland Next-day service, order by 12:30 cut off (Monday to Friday). Excludes remote areas: Highlands & Islands
Note: For remote areas it is 1-3 days express service.
Returns & Exchanges
If you find that you're not completely happy with your purchase for any reason, you can quickly initiate a return by completing our Returns Form.
Here are the conditions for receiving a full refund:

Please ensure the products you'd like to return are sent back to us within 14 days from the date you received your order.

Make sure the items are returned in a condition suitable for resale, meaning they should be unworn, and must be returned with all original labels and packaging intact.
If you encounter any defects or issues with the items you've purchased, reach out to us immediately and we'll do our best to make it right.
It's important to note that we can't currently provide an international freepost returns label. Therefore, we're unable to cover shipping costs for either the original order or its return.
